Maids Superior LLC, requires a 48 hour notice for all cancellations or changes to your appointment time or date of service during business hours, Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM even if you called on Saturday or Sunday and you reached our after hours emergency answering service a text message will be automatically sent to you about your changes, however your cleaning crew might not be aware of this change as your cleaning team has been already arranged for your cleaning service and might have the weekend off, We will attempt to cancel your appointment and we will send a text message to you about this cancellation however it's not guarantee. We charge a $75.00 dollars cancellation fee if you fail to give us a 48 hour notice. Booking a cleaning via www.maidssuperior.com with less than 48 hours notice is done at your own risk and should the appointment be modified in any way you will be responsible for the cancellation fee of $75.00 US dollars. Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be done with a representative by calling 614-670-3696, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Text messages, phone voice mails and emails will not be acceptable for any changes.
By re-scheduling your appointment you are maintaining and continuing an agreement with Maids Superior LLC.
2nd Cancellation made within 72 hours of your re-scheduled appointment will be charged at 50% of your total booking fee. This is so as our professionals have committed their time in advance to provide you a service at a specific time and date and your cancellation may have likely caused them lost earnings.
A second reschedule or changes made to your appointment within 72 hours of your appointment will be treated as a cancellation. For examples, such changes include changes to address, date, time, or duration.
Forgotten your appointment will be charged 50% of your total cost if your cleaning crew showed up to your home on time and as scheduled but they were unable to gain access to the property.
After a 3rd cancellation/change appointment Maids Superior will no longer provide any future services to you.
It is important to keep your cleaning appointments No refunds after 30 days you assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refund will be issued. You may contact us within 30 days from the purchase date in writing.
Reschedules and changes to your appointment on weekends might not take effect until the next business day, we are open some weekends only for emergency cleanups.
Maids Superior LLC reserves the right to collect any unpaid balances / fees for which you may owe, we also reserve the right to file claim in local court to collect on unpaid balances / fees. Maids Superior LLC reserves the right to collect any and all fees associated with our attempt to collect any unpaid balances / fees, this will include but is not limited to attorney fees, court fees, hourly rate of $250 for in house collections efforts, outside collections efforts fee and any traveling expenses incurred.

You must send a letter to Maids Superior LLC, within 30 days but no longer that 60 days, most credit card might not take a dispute over 60 days.
Ohio Law Refunds and Polices
Stores and service providers are not required to provide refunds or to have any specific type of return policy under Ohio law.

Retailers in Ohio are not required to have a Return & Refund Policy.

"TERMS OF SERVICE"
The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Maids Superior LLC commonly known as Maids Superior "At maids Superior" “We”, or “Our”) that governs your use of our website and application for mobile devices, desktop (collectively, the “Software”), provided in connection with our cleaning services. We call all of the services we make available to you, including cleaning, the “Service.” By accessing the Site, or by using any products or services provided by Maids Superior LLC, by *phone-text* verbal communication you agree to, and are bound by, the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to the collection and use of your information, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service (“Users”).
Maids Superior reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Service or Software at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Service or Software. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service or Software after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
1- Payment options
Methods of payment accepted are cash, Discover, Master Card, Visa, American Express.
Payment for service is due on the day of service at arrival failure to pay for services rendered on the date of service will result in a $45 non-payment fee being added to your account.
Gratitude: We do not require you to tip your cleaning crew, however if you wish to do so, they will really appreciate it and also they will received an incentive for a job well done. you can leave cash for your crew or you can added to your credit card payment.
Promotions & Coupons
Maids Superior often offer coupons check our coupon page for more info. one discount coupon per customer, not transferable coupon must be present at the time of service.
Coupons are only available for full cleaning service with a minimum of 4 hours.
We do not offer Gift certificates or Vouchers, we are not associated with groupon.
You can purchase a three hours service minimum.
Promotions and quotes are only valid for 30 days from the date Maids Superior provided you with a quote. All promotion purchases are final.
1st appointment reminder
As a courtesy Maids Superior initially will sent a text message with your appointment date and arrival time, you will not continue receiving text messages for any future appointments. this is so you can have all our information available to you for your own records.
If for some reason your phone booking order is not as described upon the cleaning crew arrival; your cleaning service can either be refused / terminated or additional charges can be applied to your total cleaning cost.
ej: you provided 2,000 sq-ft online or via phone and upon arrival we noticed 2,500 sq-ft this will increased your cost and time. Your house is in a good condition however the home is in a poor condition that will also increased your cost. if you booked 3 bedrooms 2 full bath's however we noticed 4 bedrooms and 3 bath's we might only clean 3 bedrooms 2 full bath's as your cleaning crew might have another job after yours and they already scheduled you for so many hours, an extra bedroom and one extra bath can increased their time and your cost as well, our teams work in a timely matter therefore being late is not what distinguish us from the crowd.

Please be sure that all your renovations are fully completed, carpet cleaners, painters, movers etc, We cannot provide services to you while another company is working in your property, If so we might increase your booking time as we will have to work around them.
